Peak Reader Level 1 & 2

Peak Reader Level I and II adresses the phonic and comprehension skills appropriate for students reading between the second semester first grade and third grade. Using the Trail Map, tutors identify the skills students are missing and work with them to learn and master one skill per session. Each lesson begins with a Warm Up! and practice of site words called Trail Words. The tutor then guides the student through the daily focus lesson, including comprehension questions and reinforcement games.

In just twelve weeks, students and tutor can cover 24 skills!
